Week 2 - April 1st
Learning Baseline Fitness - Understanding where you stand is the first step to improvement. This session will dive into the importance of establishing a baseline for your fitness levels, covering cardiovascular (heart and lungs), strength, stability, and flexibility, and how this data helps tailor your training to your needs.
Week 3 - April 8th
Getting Baseline Measurements - In this interactive class, we’ll guide and obtain baseline measurements discussed in week 2 So bring your exercise gear and get clearance from your doctor before attending. These metrics will serve as benchmarks to track your progress throughout the program and help personalize areas needing most attention.
Week 1 - March 25
Introduction to Aging Gracefully - Start your journey to maintaining vitality and independence as you age. In this class, we’ll discuss what it means to age gracefully and how focusing on key areas of fitness can enhance your quality of life. Get inspired to make meaningful changes that will benefit you for years to come.




Week 4 - April 15th
Strength Training - Strength is crucial for staying active as you age. This session covers the fundamentals of strength training, the benefits it provides for muscle mass and bone density, and how to incorporate it into your routine safely and effectively.
Aerobic Conditioning Cardiovascular - health is key to longevity. We’ll explore different methods of aerobic conditioning and how maintaining heart health through Zone 2 training can improve stamina, energy levels, and overall fitness. Once foundational aerobic capacity is created then create peak anaerobic output with zone 5 training and the wonderful improvements in heart/brain health. Also, start to defy aging with improving VO2 max.
Stability and Mobility - This class will focus on stability and mobility exercises to keep your body moving freely and reduce the risk of falls and injuries. Learn how improving your balance and joint range of motion can boost your performance in everyday activities.
Exploring Health Head to Toe and Other Topics - This week, we’ll take a comprehensive look at health from head to toe, exploring often overlooked aspects such as deep dive into foot health, ways to modify/improve brain function, and then bringing awareness top ways humans die and ways to reduce the likelihood of them. Other topics of motivation, over coming barriers are just as relevant to staying healthy and active as we age.
Putting it All Together: Periodized Training Plan - Now it’s time to pull everything together. In the final session, you’ll learn how to develop a personalized, periodized training plan that incorporates everything you’ve learned—strength, cardio, stability, and flexibility—so you can continue to progress and age gracefully.
