Aerobic Conditioning Cardiovascular health is key to longevity. We’ll explore different methods of aerobic conditioning and how maintaining heart health through Zone 2 training can improve stamina, energy levels, and overall fitness. Once foundational aerobic capacity is created then create peak anaerobic output with zone 5 training and the wonderful improvements in heart/brain health. Also, start to defy aging with improving VO2 max.

I am seeking donations to support future classes focused on aging gracefully. These contributions will assist in covering the operational costs of the class, which amounts to $100 per session. I am providing all materials at no charge and kindly requesting donations to help fund future expenses.
