Understanding where you stand is the first step to improvement. This session will dive into the importance of establishing a baseline for your fitness levels, covering cardiovascular (heart and lungs), strength, stability, and flexibility, and how this data helps tailor your training to your needs.
In this interactive class, bring your exercise gear and get clearance from your doctor before attending. These metrics will serve as benchmarks to track your progress throughout the program and help personalize areas needing most attention.
I am seeking donations to support future classes focused on aging gracefully. These contributions will assist in covering the operational costs of the class, which amounts to $100 per session. I am providing all materials at no charge and kindly requesting donations to help fund future expenses.
